We Prefer Small Group Fitness
The Training Station introduces exclusive, small group fitness classes including Barre, Yoga, and Cycling (“Spinning”). Reserve a spot in a class taught by one of the city’s top instructors. Small class sizes promote an atmosphere conducive to peak performance due to the instructor ability to provide individual attention to each student.
